OCC? Just found this awesome article in NYLONmagazine about a cosmetics company called OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE COSMETICS. They make this cool Lip Tar which is melted down lipstick into gloss form. Its colour is completely saturated in colour- it goes on like a gloss and dries with a satin finish. The colours are meant to be mixed to match skin pigment and of course your colour of the season!!
